. the sales person i dealt with and i exchanged approximately 23 emails during my attempt, and this extended over approximately two weeks--but to avail then i was incredibly fortunate to contact carley, and let me tell you, that little lady is worth her weight in gold. with that initial call, i received my first request the next day and the other items came in later. everything was perfect, all the way down the line. if you ever lose carley, you have lost a tremendous asset to your company and an awesome salesperson. therefore, my "suggestion" is to keep carley and double her salary.
